All financial transactions on betq are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betq supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and compatible mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and betq reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made to your betq account must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. betq does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from a third-party account may be returned and the associated betq account suspended pending review.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. betq may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Deposited funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your betq balance.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity — may be forfeited at betq's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification.
